Roller briquette machine of models PBV-1 PBV-2 is designed for the manufacture of fuel briquettes from crushed coal, brown coal and charcoal and other small fractions with the use of glue substances. As a glue substances are widely used different starches. Binder consumption is 3% of the total mass (3 kg of glue per 100 kg of coal).
Raw materials: crushed coal, brown coal and charcoal and other small fractions and etc.
Humidity: the humidity of the raw material must be within 10 - 20%. Its own moisture index is selected and used for each type of raw material.
Size of raw material: the recommended size of raw material for all coals is up to 6 mm.
