The cylindrical dryer SO-800 is used for drying wood waste using flue gases or hot air streams inside the cylinder with small and large sizes of raw materials. Due to the constant rotation of the cylinder the raw material continuously moves and mix in the hot air stream, as a result, a quick and even evaporation of moisture from a large amount of raw material occurs. The optimum operation of the dryer depends on the speed rotation of the cylinder and the correct temperature. Also you can dry sawdust with higher humidity ensuring their longer stay inside the cylinder. As fuel for the heat generator are used large wood waste such as firewood, trimmings and etc.
The aerodynamic dryer АS-400 is used for drying sawdust, shavings in a hot air stream. The difference from cylindrical dryers is drying of raw materials in an aerodynamic dryer occurs while the raw materials are in a constant moving air flow in the air ducts. This dryer is suitable for drying raw materials with humidity up to 35%, as well as drying raw materials that have absorbed moisture. The principle of operation of the aerodynamic dryer - hot air flow moves through the air ducts from the heat generator to the side of the cyclone. Raw materials are fed into the air ducts and picked up by this air flow. In the process of moving the raw material dries and out of the cyclone.
